HOLISTIC APPROACH

WE focus on creating a healthy environment for plants, which results in strong, disease resistant plant which are full of vitamins, trace elements and enzymes. Not all soils are the same and some are better than others, but all soil can be improved.
We will teach you the methods to create your own suitable compost, use readily available plants to fertilise and heal your own vegetables and eliminate any need for spraying chemicals and make your garden more sustainable.
You will find that by using our organic approach, you will notice a far more richer taste to your vegetables which will make you want to grow more and more.

Cost Effective

Growing your own garden produce does not need to cost the earth. Our sustainable approach will teach you how to make the best use of your ground, your seeds and use freely available plants which grow in the wild for fertilisers and compost.
We are all focused on the need to be environmentally friendly, by learning to make your own compost, you not only save money, but reduce the need for buy peat based compost.
By buying seeds you will save a lot of money rather than buying expensive plants and you will have vegetables that are truly disease and pesticide free.

Dear Tanguy

Just to let you know that I really enjoyed the introductory course on Saturday and it was good to know that my compost heap and veg plots are in the right places! The lunch was wonderful as well. I shall definitely be booking up some of the other courses you have to offer. I do have a question though, please could you let me know  the names of the two squashes – one we had for lunch and the small black one you showed us that would be brilliant. Kind Regards

Dear Tanguy and Isabelle Thank you both so much for a really brilliant and inspiring day. I haven't stopped talking about it since saturday and really picked up a lot of brilliant ideas, even for my little plot! Don't be surprised to see me again sometime, but this time I will bring Gary as I know he would love your courses Kind regards Maeve

Dear Tanguy and Isabelle,
Thank you so much for a wonderful day of 'getting back to basics' last week at Dunmore.
It was great to witness and source the food to the kitchen, the cooker and table - all done in the best possible taste and style.
And 'en Francais' as well. Justament!
Hope to bump into you sometime in County Laois - maybe on the garden trail, please pass on the details when you get them.

A very late thank you for a really terrific day. I am still reeling under the amount of information you gave us.
I wondered how much you would charge to come and visit my house just outside Fethard in co Tipperary and give me advice on general garden design? At the moment it is a blank canvas and I would like to get some advice before I do anything.
Thank you again for a lovely day and delicious food.
Regards, Marion (16th July)

Hello Tanguy   Thank you very much for taking the time to show me around your beautiful property yesterday. It is more than impressive.  It is a pleasure to deal with someone so knowledgeable in their field. I wish you every success.   Regards   Gervase  MacCourt 12th july2011

This is to thank you and Isabelle very much for Sunday.   I had a really interesting day and learnt so, so much. I am still processing it!   And today I went back into my garden encouraged and focussed on lots of new ideas gleaned from you.

Isabelle's food was delicious, her jellies and jams utterly gorgeous.

With best wishes,

Valerie Blake

"I have been collecting every conceivable book, magazine article and paper cutting on gardening for the last 25 years. It always seemed beyond reach until I did my first course with Tanguy. All the dots joined up calmly and rationally.Gardening has again become guilt free and fun."

We thoroughly enjoyed the gardening course and are sure that our garden will benefit from all the information and tips we received.   We also enjoyed Isabelle's excellent catering.   We wish you both well - your creativity deserves success.   Sincerely,

"Tanguy & Isabelle are so generous and instantly make you feel welcome. Their passion for organic gardening is infectious.I have done gardening courses before but this one is special, their commonsense approach, packed with information delivered in a way that is easy to understand. The day is broken up with breaks with great home cooked food, allowing time for discussion. "
