Dear Tanguy

Just to let you know that I really enjoyed the introductory course on Saturday and it was good to know that my compost heap and veg plots are in the right places! The lunch was wonderful as well. I shall definitely be booking up some of the other courses you have to offer. I do have a question though, please could you let me know  the names of the two squashes – one we had for lunch and the small black one you showed us that would be brilliant. Kind Regards

Pippa

Don't be surprised to see me again sometime, but this time I will bring Gary as I know he would love your courses Kind regards Maeve

Gardening and Cookery courses.
I started renovating our garden this year (2011) and needed to learn how to do things the right way.
I've now done 3 courses with Tanguy and Isabelle at Dunmore Country School and the knowledge gained has been of huge benefit to me.
My wife and her friends have done one of the cookery courses and really enjoyed it.
Both Tanguy and Isabelle are very welcoming and generous with their knowledge and time.
... We would highly recommend a visit to Dunmore, it's fantastic value.
A little it of France under an Irish sky.
